SUMMERHOUSE MELBY

Summerhouse extension of 50 m2 adjecent to an existing old aerated concrete house of 45 m2.

It is set outside on sustainable screw foundations, consisting of 75% recycled steel and produced in a factory that runs 100% on solar energy. We are located on a beautiful natural site in Melby with the maintenance-free Burnt Wood on facades and thermal pine on terrace decks.

The burnt wood facades now coveres the combined house of 95 m2, and makes it look like a totally new summerhouse. The interior of the old house have been renovated to match the new extension and the new terrace of 106 m2 makes the whole house look new and integrated.

The forest like site is 3000 m2 and create a fantastic atmosphere to the whole project.
